Maintenance Required Lamp/Indicator: Description and Operation

The fuel filter indicator will be illuminated when fuel filter replacement is required. A vacuum switch located on the fuel filter head, activates the instrument panel lamp. If the lamp is illuminated, replace fuel filter. After replacing fuel filter, the lamp will automatically reset.
