1. Remove fan shroud attaching bolts and position shroud over fan.
2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Remove insulator-to-chassis bracket attaching nut and washer, Fig. 1.
4. Raise engine slightly, then remove 3 insulator-to-cylinder block attaching bolts and the insulator, Fig. 1.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque insulator-to-cylinder block attaching bolts to 60-80 ft. lbs. and insulator-to-chassis bracket nut to 50-70 ft. lbs.
