1. Remove carburetor from engine and drain fuel.
2. Center punch plug, Fig. 14.Drill a 3/32 inch hole through plug.
3. Install easy out in hole and remove plug.
4. Install carburetor on engine and perform mixture enrichment adjustment. After completing adjustment, install replacement plugs.
