1. Disconnect ground cables from both batteries.
2. Remove engine cooling fan and fan shroud.
3. Remove A/C compressor and/or power steering pump drive belt, if equipped.
4. Remove water pump and alternator drive belt.
5. Remove crankshaft pulley lock bolt using tool No. T83T-6316-D or equivalent.
6. Remove crankshaft pulley using a suitable puller.
7. Remove front oil seal using tool No. T72J-6700 or equivalent, Fig. 7.
8. Reverse procedure to install, using tools shown in Fig. 8.
