PUSHROD ADJUSTMENT

Fig. 1 Adjusting Piston Rod:

To check adjustment of pushrod, fabricate a gauge and position it against master cylinder mounting surface as shown in Fig. 1. Adjust pushrod screw by turning it until the end just touches inner edge of slot in gauge.
