Thermostat - 2.0L- SPI

Removal
1. Drain the cooling system.





2. Disconnect the coolant hoses and detach the thermostat housing.





3. Remove the thermostat.





4. Remove and discard the O-ring seals.

Installation





1. NOTE: Install new O-ring seals.

NOTE: Install a new thermostat.

NOTE: Make sure to locate the new thermostat into the thermostat housing. Install the thermostat.





2. Install the thermostat housing and reconnect the coolant hoses.
3. Fill and bleed the cooling system.
