46. Install the belt idler support bracket assembly.





47. Install the A/C muffler bracket.





48. Install the power steering reservoir.





49. Install the nut.





50. Connect the clutch release cable to the clutch release fork.





51. Install the dust shield and the screw.





52. NOTE: The auxiliary crankshaft pulley is LH threaded.

Install the auxiliary crankshaft pulley and brace assembly.





53. Install the auxiliary crankshaft pulley brace fasteners.





54. Position the coolant hose assembly and install the stud.





55. Position the wiring harness and install the nut.





56. Install the bolts and the alternator support bracket.





57. Position the power steering hose assembly and install the stud.





58. Position the wiring harness and install the nuts.





59. Install the starter and the three bolts.





60. Connect the starter wiring.
1. Connect the starter solenoid wire and install the nut.
2. Connect the battery positive cable and install the nut.





61. Install the starter terminal cover.





62. Install the coolant hose assembly bolt.





63. Rotate the supercharger belt tensioner clockwise and install the supercharger belt.





64. Install the supercharger drive belt cover.





65. Position the fan, motor and shroud.





66. Install the RH bolt.





67. Install the LH bolt.





68. Connect the fan harness to the shroud.





69. Connect the fan connector.





70. Install the degas bottle and nuts.





71. Connect the degas bottle return hose.





72. Connect the radiator vent hose.





73. Install the supercharger degas bottle and the bolts.





74. Install the radiator sight shield and pushpins.





75. Connect the coolant hoses.
76. Fill the crankcase with clean engine oil.
77. Install the hydro-boost brake booster.
78. Install the RH valve cover.
79. Fill and bleed the supercharger coolant.
