Normal Operation
A variable pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage is supplied to the integrated control panel from the instrument panel dimmer switch on circuit 1045 (DB/WH). The integrated control panel is grounded on circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 57 (BK) open
- Circuit 1045 (DB/WH) open
- Integrated control panel
