Support - Half Shaft/Short Shaft: Testing and Inspection

Intermediate Shaft Support Bearing

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair. Rotate the intermediate shaft by hand. If the support bearing shows any signs of roughness or wear, install a new intermediate shaft bearing.
