Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Specifications

Using the Strap Wrench, tighten the bolt in 2 stages.
Stage 1: Tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
Stage 2: Rotate an additional 85 degrees.
