BLOCK HEATER COOLANT LEAK - VEHICLES BUILT
ON OR BEFORE 7/13/2010

FORD:
2011 Fiesta

ISSUE
Some 2011 Fiesta vehicles equipped with a block heater and built on or before 07/13/2010 may exhibit a coolant leak from the block heater plug.

ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

If coolant leak is confirmed from the block heater plug location, replace the block heater. Refer to Workshop Manual, (WSM) Section 303-03.

NOTE
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REINSTALL ORIGINAL BLOCK HEATER.
