ISSUE
Some 2011 Focus vehicles built 10/1/2010 to 11/29/2010 may experience a steering drift, steering wheel off center, or uneven rear tire wear due to excessive camber on the right rear wheel.

ACTION

Follow the service procedure to correct this condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1. Measure the rear wheel camber settings.

a. If the right rear wheel camber is within specification, do not continue with this article. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 204-00, for normal diagnostics.

b. If the right rear wheel camber is out of specification, proceed to Step 2.

2. Replace the right rear lower control arm. Refer to WSM, Section 204-02.
