Hood Latch Release Cable Routing





Removal and Installation

1. Remove the hood latch. For additional information, refer to Hood Latch Service and Repair.

2. Remove the air cleaner.

3. Remove the battery tray.

4. Release the hood latch release cable routing clips.

5. Remove the Smart Junction Box (SJB).

6. Remove the hood latch release handle bolt.

7. Release the hood latch release cable grommet from the dash panel.

8. Remove the hood latch release handle and cable assembly.

9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
