Piston Measurements and Replacement

Fig. 13 Piston & Rod Assembly:

Assemble piston and rod as shown in, Fig. 13. Installing piston and rod assembly with front mark on piston toward front of engine. After installing piston and rod, check connecting rod side clearance. Clearance should be .0079 to .0138 inch.
