AIR HORN

1. Remove pump lever spring, then pump arm assembly.
2. Remove E-clip and connecting link from automatic choke cam lever.
3. Remove air horn attaching screws, then lift air horn from carburetor body.
4. Remove pin and float assembly.
5. Remove gasket, needle valve assembly, seat and packing.
6. Remove pump piston assembly.
7. Remove feedback solenoid valve from air horn assembly.
8. Remove choke breaker diaphragm unit as follows:
a. Remove E-clip, then disconnect coupling from connecting link.
b. Loosen attaching screws, then remove choke breaker diaphragm unit.

CARBURETOR BODY

1. Remove throttle return and 2nd lockspring.
2. Remove E-clip, then the diaphragm chamber rod from secondary valve shaft.
3. Remove engine control cable bracket bolt and attaching screws from bottom side of carburetor body.
4. Remove diaphragm chamber and gasket assembly.
5. Remove slow cut solenoid valve.
6. Remove pump well snap ring, then the filter and inlet check valve.
7. Remove main jet plug retainer and plug.
8. Remove primary and secondary main jets with packings.
9. Remove primary small venturi and secondary small venturi assembly.
10. Remove main air bleed jets.
11. Remove plug, then the primary slow jet.
12. Remove plug and pump injector.
13. Remove plug, then the secondary slow jet and slow air bleed.
14. Remove idle up jet.

FLANGE

1. Remove mixture bypass solenoid valve.
2. Loosen attaching screws, then remove Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).
