Clutch Release Fork: Adjustments

Fig. 1 Clutch Cable Adjustment:

1. Measure clutch pedal freeplay. Clutch pedal freeplay should be .6 to .8 inch.
2. If clutch pedal freeplay is not within specifications, adjust clutch cable joint nut to provide a free travel of .08 to .15 inch at release lever, Fig. 1.
