Compressor Leak Test

Compressor Leak Test:

1. With compressor removed from vehicle, connect manifold gage to compressor service valve.
2. Charge compressor with refrigerant until the pressure is 3 kg/cm2 (43 psi).
3. Check component for leaks using a gas leak detector.
4. If leakage is found, repair or replace compressor.
