THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO FEDERAL AND CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS.

Some 1990 GEO Storms with the base SOHC engine and manual transmission built before VIN B/P L7571421 may exhibit an engine surging condition between 35 and 55 MPH. If normal service procedures do not correct the condition, replace the EGR Valve with P/N 97027920.
