1. Internal fluid pump leak.

6. TV cable improperly adjusted or binding.
7. Valve body spacer plate or gaskets improperly positioned or damaged.
8. Valve body check balls missing or mispositioned.
9. Manual valve binding or sticking.
10. Manual valve link disconnected.
11. Primary regulator valve binding or sticking.
12. Internal leak in forward clutch fluid circuit.
13. Fluid passages blocked or restricted.
