Coastdown Downshift

Transaxle Shift Speed Schedule Diagram:

1. With the manual selector in the "D" (drive) position and the "OVERDRIVE" switch depressed, accelerate vehicle until the transaxle has obtained 4th gear (O/D) with TCC has applied.

2. Release the accelerator pedal, lightly apply the brake pedal and observe:

- TCC release.
- Vehicle speeds at which the transaxle downshifts. Refer to the "Transaxle Shift Speed Schedule Diagram" in the accompanying illustration for correct coastdown downshift speeds.
