Navigation cannot control XM radio

NOTE:

- Check the vehicle battery condition first Testing and Inspection.
- Make sure that the correct DVD color and version are installed.
- Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.

1. Go into the System Diagnostic Mode, select the Self-Diagnosis Mode in the Select Diagnosis Items menu.

2. Check the system Links.

Is the XM icon red?

YES -

Go to Voice guidance cannot be heard, is broken up, or there is static troubleshooting Symptom Troubleshooting.�

NO -

Go to step 3.

3. Substitute a known-good audio-navigation unit.

Can the navigation system control the XM radio?

YES -

Replace the original audio-navigation unit.�

NO -

Replace the XM receiver XM Receiver Replacement.�
