Front Bumper Disassembly/Reassembly

Except SC Models ('09-11 Models)

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the front bumper or the body.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.

1. Remove the front bumper Removal and Replacement.

2. Remove the front grille.

3. Release the hooks (A) (16 places) securing the front bumper lower grille (B) to the front bumper (C), then remove the lower grille.






4. Remove the bolts and the clips securing the front bumper upper face (A) and the front bumper lower face (B).





5. With the help of an assistant, release the hooks (C), and separate the front bumper upper face from the front bumper lower face.

6. Reassemble the bumper faces in the reverse order of disassemble, and note these items:

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips and the hooks into place securely.
