Front Grille Replacement

SC Model ('07-08 Models)

NOTE:

- Take care not to scratch the front bumper.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.

1. Remove the front bumper.

2. Remove the front grille (A).

1. Remove the screws.

2. Release the hooks (B) (four places) from the front bumper upper face (C).





3. If necessary, separate the front emblem (A) from the emblem base (B) by removing the push nuts (C), and release the hooks (D), then remove the front emblem base from the front grille (E).





4. Install the grille in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- Replace the push nuts with new ones.
- Push the hooks into place securely.

Except SC Models ('07-08 Models)

NOTE:

- Put on the gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the front bumper.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.

1. Remove the front bumper.

2. Remove the front grille (A).

1. Remove the screws.

2. Detach the clips and release the hooks (B).





3. Install the grille in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Make sure the hooks of the grille engage the bumper securely.
- Push the clips and the hooks into place securely.

Except SC Models ('09-11 Models)

NOTE:

- Take care not to scratch the front bumper or the body.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.

1. Remove the front bumper Removal and Replacement.

2. Detach the clips, then pull up the front grille (A) by releasing the hooks (B) from the front bumper (C).





3. Install the grille in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips and the hooks into place securely.

Front Grille Molding Replacement - Except SC models ('07-08 models)

NOTE: Take care not to scratch the front bumper.

1. Remove the front grille.

2. Separate the front emblem (A) from the front grille molding (B) by removing the push nuts (C).





3. Remove the screws, and remove the front grille molding from the front grille base (D).

4. Install the molding in the reverse order of removal, and replace the push nuts with new ones.

Front Grille Molding Replacement - Except SC models ('09-11 models)

NOTE: Take care not to scratch the front bumper.

1. Remove the front grille.

2. Remove the screws, then remove the front emblem (A) from the front grille (B).






3. From back of the front grille, release the hooks (A) (Eight places), (B) (11 places), then remove the front grille molding (C) from the front grille base (D).





4. Install the molding in the reverse order of removal, and push the hooks into place securely.
