Skylight Glass Position Adjustment

The roof panel (A) should be even with the glass weatherstrip (B), to within 2+0.5/-1 mm (0.08+0.02/-0.04 in) at the center of the glass opening. If not, make the following adjustment:





1. Remove the skylight.

2. For front height: Loosen the TORX bolts (A) on both glass brackets (B) with a TORX T30 bit, and install or remove shims (C) between the glass frame (D) and the glass bracket.










3. For rear height: Loosen the nuts (A) on the glass latch (B), and install or remove shims (C) between the glass frame (D) and the glass latch.









4. Install the skylight.

5. Check that the latch handle works smoothly.

6. Lock the skylight securely, recheck the glass position, and check for water leaks.
