A/T Differential Oil Seal Replacement

Special Tools Required

- Driver Handle, 15 x 135L 07749-0010000
- Oil Seal Driver Attachment 07947-SD90101
- Oil Seal Driver Attachment, 58 mm 07JAD-PH80101

NOTE: The illustration shows the 4WD transmission; the 2WD transmission is similar.

1. Remove the oil seal from the transmission housing.






2. Remove the oil seal from the torque converter housing.






3. Install a new oil seal (A) flush with the transmission housing using the driver handle and the oil seal driver attachment.






4. Install a new oil seal (A) flush with the torque converter housing using the driver handle and the 58 mm oil seal driver attachment.
