White picture is shown on the display/display lock

NOTE:

- Check the vehicle battery condition first Testing and Inspection.
- Check the connector for poor connections or loose terminals.

1. With the ignition switch in ON (II), push the rear power switch ON to see if the screen turns ON.

Does the screen turn on normally?

YES -

Operation is normal.�

NO -

Go to step 2.

2. Run the rear entertainment system self-diagnostic function Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.

Is the self-diagnostic test OK?

YES -

Check the self-diagnostic information.�

NO -

Substitute a known-good rear controller and screen Service and Repair, and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original rear controller and screen.�
