Rear Bumper Step Replacement

Special Tools Required

- KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014

NOTE:

- Take care not to scratch the rear bumper.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

1. Remove the rear bumper Rear Bumper Removal/Installation.

2. From inside of the rear bumper (A), release the double-side adhesive tape (B), and detach the hooks (C, D, E), then remove the rear bumper step (F).









3. Scrape off the remaining double-side adhesive tape from the rear bumper, then clean the rear bumper surface with a shop towel dampened in isopropyl alcohol.

4. If needed, apply a new piece of adhesive tape to the rear bumper step where you removed the old tape.

5. Fit all the hooks into the holes in the bumper, then push on the step until the hooks snap into place.

6. Reinstall the rear bumper.
