Center Sliding Door Roller: Service and Repair
Sliding Door Rear Pulley Mount Replacement
NOTE:
- - - Use seat covers to avoid damaging any surfaces.
- Take care not to scratch the center rail or the body.
- - Put on gloves to protect your hands.
1. Remove these items:
- Sliding door Sliding Door Removal/Installation
- - Second row seat belt retractor Second Row Seat Belt Replacement
- Taillight Service and Repair
2. Power sliding door: Remove the speaker Service and Repair.
3. Power sliding door: Remove the plastic cover Service and Repair.
4. Power sliding door right side: Remove the rear blower unit cover Service and Repair.
5. Power sliding door: Detach the cable clips. Pull up the stoppers, and push the cables toward the motor Service and Repair.
6. Power sliding door: Pull the stoppers farther up to hold the cables in place Service and Repair.
7. Power sliding door: Release the power sliding door motor unit cable from the center rail Service and Repair.
8. Power sliding door: Remove the center roller Service and Repair.
9. Power sliding door: Disconnect the power sliding door motor unit cable from the center roller Service and Repair.
10. Power sliding door: Remove the nuts securing the rear pulley Service and Repair.
11. Remove the center rail cover Service and Repair.
12. Remove the nuts, and remove the rear pulley mount (A).
13. Install the rear pulley in the reverse order of removal.
