Sunroof / Moonroof Limit Switch: Testing and Inspection

Moonroof Limit Switch Test

1. Remove the headliner Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect the 6P connector (A) from the moonroof motor/limit switch (B).






3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each moonroof position according to the table.

NOTE: Move the moonroof by connecting power and ground to the motor Testing and Inspection.





4. If the continuity is not as specified, adjust the limit switch Adjustments and repeat step 3.

If the continuity is still not as specified after the adjustment, replace the cable assembly Moonroof Drain Channel Slider and Cable Assembly Replacement.
