Timing Belt Drive Pulley Replacement

1. Remove the timing belt Timing Belt Removal (J35A6).

2. Remove the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor CKP Sensor Replacement (Except J35A7).

3. Remove the timing belt drive pulley (A) and the key (B).





4. Inspect the timing belt drive pulley and the key for damage. If it is cracked or damaged, replace the timing belt drive pulley.

5. Install the new timing belt drive pulley and the key.

6. Install the CKP sensor CKP Sensor Replacement (Except J35A7).

7. Install the timing belt Timing Belt Installation (J35A6).

8. Do the CKP pattern clear/CKP pattern learn procedure Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.
