Rear Air Mix Control Motor Replacement

1. Remove the right rear side trim panel Interior Trim Removal/Installation - Rear Side Area.

2. Remove the wire harness clip (A), the clip (B), and then remove the side duct (C).






3. Remove the bolts, then hang the rear junction box (A) down.






4. Disconnect the clamp (A), then remove the bolt and clamp (B).






5. Remove the bolts, then pivot the rear HVAC unit (A).






6. Disconnect the connector (A) from the rear air mix control motor (B), then remove the self-tapping screws and the rear air mix control motor.





7. Install the motor in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the pin on the motor is properly engaged with the linkage. After installation, make sure the motor runs smoothly.
