Rear Door Sunshade Hooks Are Broken
SYMPTOM
The rear door sunshade hooks are broken
PROBABLE CAUSE
One or both sunshade hooks can break if the rear door window is lowered with the sunshade attached while driving
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace both rear door sunshade hooks

REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Using a plastic trim tool pry out on both rear door sunshade hook covers to remove them
2. Using needle nose pliers, squeeze the tabs to remove the hooks from the bracket
3. Install the new sunshade hooks into the bracket.
4. Reinstall both hook.
5. Repeat steps 1 thru 4 on the other rear.
