Amplifier: Service and Repair

Stereo Amplifier Removal/Installation

1. Remove these items:

- Glove box Service and Repair
- Passenger's dashboard undercover Passenger's Dashboard Undercover Removal/Installation
- Passenger's side kick panel Service and Repair

2. Disconnect the connectors (A).

NOTE: To disconnect stereo amplifier connector A, push and hold the tab (B), then pull the lever (C) up, and disconnect the connector.





3. Loosen the bolts (D) and remove the bolt (E), then pull out the stereo amplifier (F).

4. Detach the harness clip (G). Remove the bolts (H), nut (I), and the amplifier brackets (J).

5. Install the stereo amplifier in the reverse order of removal.
