Center Console Disassembly/Reassembly
Special Tools Required
- KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014

NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the console or the related parts.
- Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.
1. Remove the center console Center Console Removal/Installation.
2. Remove the console armrest Console Armrest Removal/Installation.
3. While pushing the beverage holder lever (A), slide the beverage holder (B) forward, and disengage the beverage holder stops (C) to remove the beverage holder.
4. If necessary, remove the TORX screws with a TORX T20 bit, then separate the beverage holder housing (A) and the beverage holder base (B), then remove the beverage holder retainer (C).
5. Release the console lid (A).
6. Remove the TORX screws with a TORX T20 bit, then separate the console (A) and the console frame (B).
7. Remove the TORX screws with a TORX T20 bit, then separate the console box (A) and the console frame (B). Disconnect the console box light bulb socket (C), remove the piece of tape (D), and detach the connector clip (E), then remove the console box light (F) and the AC power outlet (G) (for some models) from the console box.
8. Remove the console lid bumpers (H). Release the hooks (I), then remove the console lid guides (J) from the console frame.
9. Reassemble the console in the reverse order of disassembly, and note these items:
- Make sure the light bulb socket is plugged in properly.
- Replace the removed tape with new one.
- Push the hooks into place securely.
