Burned Out Auxiliary Light

PROBLEM

One or both of the bulbs in the auxiliary lights are burned out.

CORRECTIVE ACTION

Replace the bulbs with the improved bulbs listed under PARTS INFORMATION.

NOTE:
Replace the bulbs in both auxiliary lights, even if only one is burned out.

1. Open the hood.





2. Remove the socket from the lamp by turning it one-eighth turn counterclockwise.

3. Remove the bulb from the socket and install the new bulb.

4. Reinstall the socket in the lamp.

5. Repeat steps 2 through 5 on the other auxiliary light.

6. Test the bulbs by turning on the headlights (low beam) and the auxiliary lights.
