Water Pump: Service and Repair

1. Remove timing belt, then remove timing belt tensioner.

2. Remove water pump bolts, then water pump, Fig. 70.
3. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Ensure correct O-ring position during installation.
b. Clean spilled engine coolant.
