Inspection Procedure

1. Remove the A/C compressor and condenser fan relays mounting nut.





2. Disconnect the condenser fan motor and compressor clutch connectors.





3. Inspect the wires In the shaded areas shown for damage to the insulation.

If you find that any of the insulation has worn through so the copper wire strands are showing, go to REPAIR PROCEDURE A.

If there are no copper wire strands showing through, even though there may be some damage to the insulation, go to REPAIR PROCEDURE B.
