Low Fuel Lamp/Indicator: Testing and Inspection

Low Fuel Indicator Test

1. Do the gauge drive circuit check.
- If the low fuel indicator Washes, go to step 2.
- If the low fuel indicator does not flash, replace the gauge control module assembly.

2. Do the B-CAN system diagnosis Test Mode A troubleshooting.
- If any DTCs are indicated, go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.
- If no DTCs are indicated, go to step 3.

3. Do the fuel gauge sending unit test; 2003-2004 models, 2005-2006 models.
