Fuel Pressure Regulator Replacement

Non-SULEV model

1. Remove the fuel tank unit.




2. Remove the clip (A).
3. Remove the fuel pressure regulator (B).
4. Install the regulator in the reverse order of removal with new O-rings (C).
Make sure the regulator is installed with the drain hole (D) facing down.

SULEV model

1. Remove the fuel tank unit.




2. Remove the holder (A).
3. Remove the fuel pressure regulator (B).
4. Install the regulator in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (C).

NOTE: Coat the O-ring with clean engine oil.
