Temp Liquid Line Same Both Sides of Exp Valve, Evap Coil/Suction Line Heavy Condensation (Without Climate Control)

The temperature of the liquid line is the same on both sides of the expansion valve, and the evaporator coil or suction line has heavy condensation

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Probable cause: The expansion valve is stuck open

2. Replace the expansion valve Service and Repair

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs How to Troubleshoot the Heating and A/C Systems
- Check the old expansion valve for contamination. If contaminants are found, replace the A/C system component that caused the contamination
