A/T Differential Carrier Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required

- Driver handle, 40 mm I.D. 07746-0030100

NOTE: Check the bearing for wear and rough rotation. If the bearing is OK, removal is not necessary.

1. Place a spacer (A) on the differential carrier, and remove the carrier bearing (B) using the commercially available bearing puller (C).






2. Install a new bearing using the 40 mm I.D. driver handle and a press. Press the bearing on until it bottoms.
