Both the radiator fan and the A/C condenser fan run with the ignition switch in ON (II) and the engine coolant temperature below 194 �F (90 �C) (with A/C)

Diagnostic Procedure:

Check for a short in the wire between the radiator fan 4P socket terminal No. 3 and ECM/PCM connector terminal A6.

Also check for:

- Cleanliness and tightness of all connectors
