M/T Countershaft Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required

- Adjustable bearing remover head, 20-40 mm 07JAC-PH80100
- Driver handle, 15 x 135L 07749-0010000
- Bearing driver attachment, 52 x 55 mm 07746-0010400
1. Remove the needle bearing (A) using the 20-40 mm adjustable bearing remover head (B) and a commercially available 3/8''-16 UNF slide hammer (D), then remove oil guide plate C.






2. Position the oil guide plate C and new needle bearing A in the bore of the clutch housing (B).






3. Press in the needle bearing using the 15 x 135L driver handle (D) and the 52 x 55 mm bearing driver attachment (E).
