Water Pump Inspection

1. Loosen the water pump pulley bolts.

2. Remove the drive belt. Testing and Inspection

3. Remove the water pump pulley.






4. Turn the water pump counterclockwise, and make sure it turns freely If it does not, replace the water pump.. Service and Repair
NOTE: When you check the water pump, you may see a small amount of "weeping" from the bleed holes (A). This is normal.
