Rear Differential Breather Box Replacement

'06-09 Models

1. Remove the two mounting nuts (A) from the differential breather box bracket.

2. Remove the clips (B), then remove the differential breather box (C) from the differential breather box bracket (D). Then remove the breather box bracket.

3. Disconnect the breather box tube (E) from the differential breather box side.

4. Remove the breather box tube from the rear differential.

5. Install the breather box tube to the rear differential.

6. Install the differential breather box bracket.

7. Connect the breather box tube. Make sure the white marks on the tube come upside.

8. Install the differential breather box.

9. Install the two mounting nuts. Tighten the nuts to the specified torque.
