Camshaft Installation (R18A1 and R18A4 Engine)




Camshaft Installation

1. Install the camshaft (A) into the cylinder head, then install the camshaft thrust cover (B) with new O-ring (C).

2. Install the camshaft position (CMP) sensor with a new O-ring. CMP Sensor Replacement

3. Install the camshaft sprocket. Camshaft Sprocket Removal/Installation (R18A1 and R18A4 Engine)

4. Install the rocker arm assembly. Rocker Arm Assembly Installation

5. Install the cylinder head. Cylinder Head Installation
