Grille Replacement - 2-door
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the front bumper.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
1. Remove the front bumper Front Bumper Removal/Installation.
2. Remove the grille (A).
1. '11-12 models: Remove the screw.
2. Detach the clips.
3. Release the hooks (B) ('08-10 models) and the ribs (C) from the front bumper (D).
'08-10 models
'11-12 models
3. Install the grille in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips and the hooks into place securely.
Grille Replacement - 4-door
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the front bumper or the body.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
1. Remove the front bumper Front Bumper Removal/Installation.
2. Remove the grille (A).
1. Detach the clips.
2. Release the hooks (B) and the ribs (C) from the front bumper (D).
'08-10 models
'11-12 models
3. Install the grille in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips and the hooks into place securely.
Molding Replacement - 2-door ('08-10 models)
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the front grille.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
1. Remove the grille.
2. Remove the screws, and release the two hooks (A) with a flat-tip screwdriver, then remove the front grille molding (B) from the front grille base (C).
3. Install the molding in the reverse order of removal, and push the hooks into place securely.
Molding Replacement - 2-door ('11-12 model)
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the front grille.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
1. Remove the grille.
2. From behind the grille, remove the screws, then remove the front grille molding (A) from the front grille base (B).
3. If necessary, remove the screws, and release the hooks (C) (12 places) with a flat-tip screwdriver, then remove the front mesh grille (D) from the front grille base.
4. Install the molding in the reverse order of removal, and push the hooks into place securely.
Molding Replacement - 4-door ('08-10 models)
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the front grille.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
1. Remove the grille.
2. Remove the screw, and release the hooks (A) (22 places) with a flat-tip screwdriver, then remove the front grille molding (B) from the front grille base (C).
3. Install the molding in the reverse order of removal, and push the hooks into place securely.
Molding Replacement - 4-door ('11-12 models)
NOTE:
- Take care not to scratch the front grille.
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
1. Remove the grille.
2. From behind the grille, remove the screws, and release the hooks (A) (10 places) with a flat-tip screwdriver, then remove the front grille upper molding (B), front grille center molding (C) and the front grille lower molding (D) from the front grille base (E).
3. Install the molding in the reverse order of removal, and push the hooks into place securely.
