1. Problem verification:

-2. Turn on the audio system, and select AM or FM.

-3. Operate the tuning knob to see if the radio station changes.

Does the radio station change?
-YES- Intermittent failure, the tuning knob is OK at this time.
-NO- Replace the audio-navigation unit Audio-Navigation Unit Removal and Installation.
-NO- Replace the audio unit Audio Unit Removal and Installation.
