Fuel Fill Door Lock Actuator Test/Replacement

1. Remove the left rear side trim panel Interior Trim Removal / Installation - Rear Side Area.

2. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the fuel fill door lock actuator (B).






3. Check the actuator operation by connecting power and ground according to the table. To prevent damage to the actuator, apply battery voltage momentarily.





4. If the actuator does not operate as not specified, loosen the mounting screws (C) and replace the actuator.

5. Install the actuator in the reverse order of removal.
