Door Side Sill Lower Replacement

1. Remove the door lower trim .

2. Pull out the door side sill lower seal (A), then remove the seal from the door lower trim (B).

3. Carefully rub off the remaining double-sided adhesive tape from the door lower trim, then clean the trim surface with a sponge dampened with isopropyl alcohol. After cleaning, keep oil, grease, and water from getting on the clean surface.

4. Apply PP primer (A) to the area of the door lower trim (B) where the new door side sill lower seal (C) will be applied. Attach the seal with the double-sided adhesive tape (D) to the trim, then push on the adhesive area to make the adhesive stick securely.

5. Reinstall the door lower trim .
